Embassy Village
We had the privilege of attending the official opening of Embassy Village in Manchester, a project we’re incredibly proud to have been part of. ,Our team delivered the roofing works on this first-of-its-kind development, working closely alongside a wide range of contractors, suppliers and trades to help bring the vision to life. ,Projects like this don’t happen without teamwork. With over 130 organisations contributing, it was a brilliant example of what can be achieved when the construction industry comes together with a shared purpose. Seeing the finished village open its doors, and knowing it will make a real difference, made all the hard work worthwhile.

Secured Project – Pasture Road
We’re delighted to be working with Vistry Partnership on the Pasture Road development in Moreton, delivering specialist extra care housing for over-55s as part of the wider Driftwood Gardens regeneration project.
We will be installing high-performance IKO Armourplan roofing systems across the main roof and the bin store roof.
The main roof will feature Armourplan P with Enertherm tapered insulation and a Spectravap PE air and vapour control layer, ensuring effective drainage, long-term waterproofing, and a 20-year manufacturer-backed guarantee. The bin store roof will be finished with Armourplan PSG membrane over a prepared timber deck.
All roofs will include fully welded laps, secure fixing, and detailed flashings for perimeter edges, upstands, and penetrations, ensuring durability, weather resistance, and compliance with IKO guidance.
