Bryan House Secured Project

We are pleased to be working with Hurstwood Holdings to install a Protan Vacuum roofing system for the Bryan House development in Wigan.

This is a unique roofing system which is perfect for fast installation and uses mechanical fasteners around the perimeter areas.

This notable building in Wigan is renowned for being the former home of Maximes Nightclub, however, with the new development taking place, the upper five floors are to become one-bedroom apartments with a stylish and urban exterior design and high-quality fixtures and fittings throughout.

Seedley Secured Project

We are delighted to be working with AEDI Construction on the new development in Seedley, Salford.

This development aims to create an eco-neighbourhood with a variety of home options, promoting sustainable low energy living. Designed with community cohesion and spirit in mind, the design of the properties will echo the layout of the terraced streets in the surrounding area, keeping with the local character.

For this project we will be installing a mechanically fixed Sikaplan® G-15 roofing system.

Moor Lane Secured project

We are delighted to again be working with AEDI Construction on the Former Moor Lane Bus Station Bolton development, which will include the creation of 162 flats and 44 three-storey, three bed houses, along with retail space and two small parks.

We will be installing a mechanically fixed sikaplan roofing system for the houses on the development as well as blocks 3 and 4. Longevity, durability and build quality are important factors to consider for this type of housing development, and this roofing system will be the perfect choice.
