Moston Campus Secured Project
We are excited to again be working with Watson Homes on the Moston Campus development, which will see the creation of 60 new homes, being both affordable and sustainable.
We will be installing an Alumasc Alkorplan mechanically fixed roofing system.
We will begin by installing a high-quality Vapour control Layer, followed by 200mm Alumasc FF PIR Insulation, and finally we will complete the roofing build up by installing the Alkorplan F PVC Single ply membrane by Alumasc in Lead Grey.

Gerrards Lane Secured Project
One of the latest projects we will be working on alongside Abbey Prestige Homes (NW) Ltd is the Gerrards Lane development in Liverpool, which will see the creation of stunning, high end, 4- and 5-bedroom detached properties within a gated community.
We will be installing a mechanically fixed Sikaplan single ply roofing system, which will involve the installation of a vapour control layer, followed by an insulation layer for which we will be using TR26 PIR Insulation boards. Finally, to complete the roofing build up, we will be installing a Sikaplan Single Ply membrane.
