Chatsworth Mill Case Study
The development at Chatsworth Mill in Gorton Manchester has seen the creation of a stylish 4-storey apartment blocks.
Working with Watson Homes, we installed an Alumasc specification roofing system.
For the first stage, we installed the Alumasc Polyethylene AVCL.
The insulation layer was next to be installed for this development; for which we used two layers of 160mm Alumasc FF PIR Insulation.
To complete the roofing system, we installed the Alumasc Alkorplan singleply membrane in lead grey.
Overall, the project was completed on programme and within budget, giving an aesthetically pleasing roof to a fitting new build development. A credit to all involved in particular to the Enviroply installation teams.

Secured Project Bowland High School
One of the latest projects we will be working on is the expansion of Bowland High School, Grindleton; we will be working alongside John Turner Construction on this development creating an additional 150 secondary school places in the Ribble Valley East planning area.
The development will see us installing a mechanically fixed Sikaplan roofing system to the main and lower roof for the new accommodation. This process will involve the 500E VCL, Tapered Sarnatherm Insulation, and completing with the Sikaplan SG 1.5m single ply membrane.
