One of the latest projects we will be working on here at Enviroply Roofing, is at Cheshire College South and West, where we will be installing a new Single Ply, Warm roofing system.

About the project:
Cheshire College South and West provides education within the town of Crewe. They offer opportunities for their learners and apprentices to be able to access high quality learning at their modern campus.
Our role in the project at Cheshire College:
As leading roofing experts, we will be installing a high-quality roofing system for Cheshire College South and West.
For the first stage of the roofing system we will be installing the Vapour Control Layer. The Sarnavap 5000E is a Self-Adhesive membrane, is designed to be durable, robust and long lasting, while offering a high level of water vapour resistance. This is one of the number one VCL options for domestic and commercial properties across the UK.
The next stage will see the installation of the Insulation. For this, we will be installing the Sarnatherm G Insulation, which is a rigid, PIR, thermal Insulation board. It is faced on both sides with a wet lay coated glass fibre tissue that is bonded to the Insulation core during the manufacturing process. As a result this is board offers a high level of performance and durability as well as maximum thermal efficiency, to help keep the property thermally efficient and reduce lost heat.
Finally, to complete the roofing system we will be installing the Sika Sarnafil G410-15ELF membrane. This is a multi-layer, synthetic roof waterproofing option that offers a high level of UV resistance as well as being fully water, wind and weatherproof. This will complete the roofing system and be installed over the VCL and the Insulation layer and then secured within a Fully Adhered system.
