Sandbrook Road Case Study
We are pleased to have completed the roofing works at Sandbrook Road in Ainsdale, in partnership with Vistry Merseyside and Cheshire West. This £33 million development has created 130 new homes, including 90 extra-care apartments and 40 houses and apartments, with a focus on inclusive design and supporting independent living.
Our team installed IKO Armourplan P single-ply roofing systems across the main roof, additional roof areas and canopies, covering a range of roof types throughout the development. The warm roof areas incorporated IKO SpectraVap PE AVCL and Enertherm Gold tapered PIR insulation, providing excellent thermal performance alongside effective drainage and long-term stability.
The Armourplan P membrane in Slate Grey was mechanically fixed and hot-air welded, with careful detailing to perimeters, penetrations and drainage outlets ensuring a fully sealed and weatherproof finish.
Completed in accordance with IKO technical requirements and approved installation methods, the roofing works achieved an IKO 20-Year Single Point Guarantee, providing long-term assurance in the quality and performance of the completed system.

Pope Lane Case Study
We’re delighted to add Pope Lane, Penwortham to our growing portfolio of successfully completed projects, delivered in partnership with Robinson Construction. This development has transformed the site of a former vacant public house into a modern retail destination, creating three new commercial units to support local businesses and the surrounding community.
Across 652m², we installed a mechanically fixed Sikaplan G-18 single-ply roofing system in Lead Grey. The roofing package included a S-Vap 500 E air and vapour control layer, 150mm Sikatherm PIR insulation, and the high-performance Sikaplan G-18 membrane, providing excellent thermal efficiency, long-term waterproofing, and outstanding resistance to UV exposure and weathering.
All roof detailing, drainage, and perimeter finishes were completed using Sika-approved components to ensure a fully sealed, weatherproof system built to perform for years to come.
Installed in accordance with Sika technical specifications and UK roofing standards, the project achieved the requirements for a 20-year Sika Product Guarantee, giving the client long-term confidence in the quality and durability of the finished roof.
