Meet the people behind Enviroply Roofing. Our experienced team brings together practical roofing knowledge, construction management, estimating, operations and administration expertise, all working together to deliver a professional, reliable service and consistently high standards across every project.

Jake Clarke
Managing Director

Jake began his career in construction as a bricklayer before moving into single ply roofing in 2009, working for a local contractor. Over the following five years, he developed his skills and progressed to Senior Installer before taking the decision to establish Enviroply Roofing Ltd in 2013.

For the first two years, Jake continued working on the tools while building the company’s standards, reputation and foundations for growth. Today, as Managing Director, he leads the business with the same commitment to quality that has been at the heart of Enviroply since its formation.

Jake is committed to continually improving the service provided by Enviroply and building strong, sustainable relationships with customers and suppliers. His practical experience and focus on delivering the right solution for each project have enabled Enviroply to provide value engineering options that have saved customers thousands of pounds while still achieving their required standards.

Paul Gibney
Contracts Manager

Paul joined Enviroply in September 2022 and brings over 10 years’ experience within the construction industry. He is qualified to NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management and has undertaken various industry-relevant training courses to support his skills and professional development.

Throughout his career, Paul has developed experience in contracts and site management, including project planning, subcontractor management, procurement, cost control and health and safety. He has strong practical knowledge of construction and a professional, organised approach to managing projects and supporting their successful delivery.

At Enviroply, Paul is responsible for the management and coordination of contracts, working closely with clients, subcontractors and site teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the required standards.

Teruka Taylor
Office Manager

Teruka joined Enviroply in February 2019 as Office Manager. She brings over 15 years of managerial experience gained within a multinational corporation and across the construction, distribution and engineering sectors.

Throughout her career, Teruka has developed expertise in office management, customer relations, supply chain management, quantity surveying support and accounting. She excels at creating efficient operational systems and centres of excellence, supported by strong leadership, organisational and administrative skills. Her dependable and professional approach makes her a valued member of the team.

Teruka is dedicated to supporting the smooth running of the business, improving processes and systems, and contributing to Enviroply’s continued growth and success.

Claire Holden
Office Administrator

Claire is a dynamic addition to the Enviroply team, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective. She joined the company in November 2022, and has proven herself as a valuable asset.

With over 15 years’ experience in administration, her expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, making her a versatile member of the team. Her background in Office Management, Customer Service, Accounting, and Human Resources gives her a well-rounded skill set which complements the needs of the company.

Ben O’Connor
Estimator

Ben joined Enviroply in October 2023 and brings experience in construction estimating, having worked across a range of residential and commercial projects. His strong numerical and analytical skills, combined with his attention to detail, make him a valuable member of the team.

Throughout his career, Ben has developed expertise in preparing accurate labour and material cost estimates, interpreting building plans and assessing project requirements. He is experienced in using estimating and measurement software, including Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Excel, to support the preparation of competitive and accurate quotations.

At Enviroply, Ben plays an important role in the estimating process, supporting the preparation of accurate and competitive tenders and contributing to the continued development of our estimating capabilities.

Tom Yip
Estimating & Operations Trainee

Tom joined Enviroply in June 2026 and brings over 10 years of experience within the construction industry, specialising in estimating, quantity surveying, and site management. Holding a Master’s degree in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying, he combines strong technical knowledge with practical industry expertise.
Through his career, Tom has gained experience in cost planning, contract administration, procurement, and project delivery across a range of commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects. He is highly organised, commercially minded, and committed to delivering excellent results for both clients and colleagues.
