Senior Site Foreman/woman / Experienced Flat Roofer
We are a successful and growing specialist flat roofing contractor based in Chorley, Lancashire working across the Northwest and Cumbria.
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Site Forman/woman / Experienced Flat Roofer to join our established teams from the Chorley or Bolton area.
This is a fantastic opportunity, for an enthusiastic individual looking for a progressed career development toward the goal as Operations Manager, within our dynamic and growing company.
The successful candidates will have experience in the construction industry, and at least 10 years in flat roofing.
Terms:
- Hours: 7am till 4pm Monday to Thursday, 7am till 3pm Friday (plus travel time)
- Salary: £40,000+ plus bonus (dependant on candidate’s experience)
We are looking for individuals with the following attributes:
- Experience in the Construction Industry
- Experience in Flat Roofing
- Experience as Site Foreman/woman
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills, and take further training as required
- Team worker
- Hard working, punctual, and reliable
- Good communication skills at all levels
- Fit and capable of lifting relatively heavy materials safely
Skills / Qualifications:
- 10 Years’ Experience in Flat Roofing
- 10 Years’ Experience as Site Foreman/woman
- An awareness of Health & Safety
- CSCS card holder
- Good level of education
